All sales are subject to stock availability. Your order will be confirmed via email or phone, and you will be issued a Tax Invoice. Full payment must be received prior to any items being delivered or collected. Please read our “Warranty Policy” and “Returns Policy” before making your purchase.

Warranty

Your new espresso coffee machine and/or coffee grinder comes with a full parts and labour (back-to-base) warranty for 12 months. Used machines are backed with a 3 month parts and labour (back-to-base) warranty. We recommend equipment to be returned in its original packaging. Returns Policy

In the case of an item being incorrectly shipped we will replace that item on the return of the incorrectly shipped item. Shipping will be organised by us and will be at our expense. In the case of a machine found to be “dead on arrival” or damaged in transit, we must be notified within 10 days of the invoice date. On return of the faulty machine, we will determine whether to replace or repair any faulty items. All machines will be tested prior to being shipped unless otherwise declared. No refunds are offered.
